Paying Guests Only: We appreciate your understanding that only registered paying guests are permitted on the property. No friends, family, visitors, and taxi drivers. Strictly Non-Smoking Environment other than the rear private garden Peaceful Stay: No parties or gatherings of any kind Pre-Arrival Information: To ensure a smooth check-in, we kindly request that you provide passport details 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Reservation and Payment: To secure your reservation, we kindly request full payment within 24 hours of confirming your booking and a £150.00 guest damage deposit 72 hours prior to your arrival. This is refunded to you within 7 days of checkout (subject to no damages). Reserved Dates: Once you've booked your stay, your selected dates will be exclusively reserved for you. As a result, our calendar will be blocked for other guests. Please be aware that our rates are non-refundable due to this policy. Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all guests consider comprehensive travel insurance coverage for added peace of mind. Please note, at the end of your stay all personal rubbish/packaging/food needs to be put in the trash cans opposite the White Ferry Pub at the end of the street as this is not included in our charges and will incur an additional cleaning fee.
