Home rules

Please read and make sure all guests staying at the property have read and accept the following house rules: As per out message to you prior to accepting this reservation you are aware 1. That the apartment is 2nd floor with no lift 2. That the location is 100 meters from Monte Carlo, but on the French/Monte Carlo border and is actually situated in Beausoleil, 06240. You agree that No children under 16 A WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK IN please Send me copies of all guests passports PLEASE NOTE: Check in and out times are strict and based on same day changeovers - If you have a late or early flight and these don't work for you when reserving, please book the night before or the night after your stay if you want to check out late or check in earlier than these times. Check in is from 4pm and Check Out 10am Sharp. As other guests may be staying the same day you leave, unless previously agreed in writing with the owner there is a 70 Euros per hour charge for each hour or part of after 10am and if the apartment is not vacated by midday, the police will be called and you will be charged the full standard rate of that nights stay. VERY IMPORTANT. Paying guests only. No visitors/drivers/friends etc. Strictly no parties or events and no noise after 11pm and before 8am. VERY IMPORTANT Please let the owner know as soon as possible if something breaks or is damaged or is not working properly during your stay so that it can replace or fixed in a timely manner. VERY IMPORTANT. This is for use as a holiday home only. No filming/reality TV shoots/photographic or fashion shoots/parties/wedding parties/hen/stag dos or any use other than that as a private dwelling for holidays for the number of guests declared at your booking unless previously agreed in writing with the owner. VERY IMPORTANT Please dispose of rubbish daily in the receptacles (shoots) on the road outside opposite. This avoids bugs and nasty smells in a hot climate. VERY IMPORTANT The amount of paying guests agreed when you made your booking. No other guests are allowed on the property unless it has been agreed by the landlord and any additional fees paid in advance. No visitors/taxi drivers/friends/acquaintences whatsoever: Only paying guests. VERY IMPORTANT: The toilet is a motorised toilet and no tampons, sanitary towels, condoms, cigarettes or other objects can be put down it or it will break the motor, which is expensive to replace (only toilet paper is permitted). This motor costs 1500 euros to replace and will be at Tenants expense in the event of failure and any such items are retrieved by the engineer from the motor. VERY IMPORTANT There is a motorised waste disposer to the sink which you must also be careful with and follow the instructions (no foreign objects such as knives, forks etc to be put down it and running water always on operation). This costs 1200 euros to replace and in the event of failure will be at the Tenants expense in the event any non-food items are retrieved by the engineer from the motor. VERY IMPORTANT Please note, there are two keys and one red badge on each keying you are provided with. The red badge on the key ring is to swipe at the main entrance to the building between 19.00 and 07.00 as it is closed for security. VERY IMPORTANT No smoking whatsoever tolerated other than on small balcony off second bedroom. A de-fumigation charge of 100 euros will be deducted from your deposit if there is smoking inside the property. VERY IMPORTANT. There are large fans in all of the rooms, which can be used in at any time. The apartment is advertised with NO Air-conditioning as it facility as it can be temperamental and leak and so I cannot guarantee this facility. The aircon in the 2nd smaller room must NOT be used. If the air conditioning is working during your stay it must be switched off after 10pm, as this is a rule of the building not to annoy the neighbours. This is a building rule so that neighbours are not kept awake by air-conditioning motors. KINDLY NOTE: If the airconditioning is working (advertised WITHOUT AIRCONDITIONING) it MUST be switched off if the windows to the apartment are open or it will overwork leak and break and must be switched off each time you leave the apartment. Any subsequent engineers/repair costs will be at your expense 13. VERY IMPORTANT all shoes off inside the apartment. Please. Respect your neighbours around you and if coming home late at night refrain from talking in the communal parts of the building. The guest must report any items missing/broken or not functioning to the Owner within 24 hours of check in, otherwise it is agreed that all fixtures and furnishings and appliances are in working order and good condition.
