Interior designed with flair and style! Leather sofa which folds out to full size double sofa bed, breakfast bar fo two for coffees and eating. Lovely stylish bathroom with 24 hour hot water - has a full bath and shower, vanity unit wash hand basing and WC. Solid wood fitted kitchen with quartz tops, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Gas hob (5 ring), microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking utensils. On a very quiet street, yet minutes walk from trendy bars/cafes/restos! I'm always available on messenger. But I leave guests to enjoy their stay without intrusion. Dear Guest: Thanks for your reservation. We hope you have a lovely stay. Its a very lovely area in Central London, Zone 1 with cafes/shops/restaurants/ supermarkets and public transport all within walking distance.🌺🌼🌹 Please note in booking this accommodation you have agreed to the following house rules: This is a Self Check in and you will be provided with a code for your own lockbox prior to your arrival. HOUSE RULES 1. A copy of passport is to be provided prior to check in. . A deposit of £100.00 gbp is due prior to arrival to be refunded within 7 days from departure (subject to no damages or additional cleaning required during your stay due to non observance of house rules) 2. No additional guests other than those paid for including visitors, relatives, friends, taxis, drivers. For use as a private dwelling for paying guests only. No children under age 16. The private garden is for your use only however so as not to disturb neighbours, no talking in the garden area between 8pm and 8am including on mobile phones. 3. NO luggage drop off facility. Check in is 4pm onwards and check out including your luggage is 10am sharp so cleaner can prepare for incoming next guests. Late check out charge of £50.00 per hour and 66 pence per minute thereafter to allow for cleaners waiting time. If this does not work with your flights please contact us to discuss an early check in or late check out fee (subject to availability) and we will block the night before or after your stay to facilitate this. 4. Slippers only policy: No shoes Slippers available for your use. 5. Your apartment: A cleaners video of your Studio apartment including /bathroom/kitchen is taken prior to your arrival to serve as and inventory and state and condition of the property and can be sent to you via mobile phone at your request. You are provided with two toilet rolls at the start of your stay. At the end of your stay please make sure no rubbish or shopping bags are left and all food is removed, as this is not included in the cleaning fee (bins opposite White Ferry pub on corner 24/7). A hoover, mop and cleaning products are available for your use during your stay. 6. No Smoking or Vaping whatsoever throughout the property other than in the rear garden (the grass is astroturf and any fag butts in ashtray or it will burn astroturf). 7. Please respect your neighbours - no loud noise/music between 8pm and 9am. 8. Take out your rubbish as you leave the area (all rubbish to be placed in bins opposite the pub on the corner) . 9. KEYS: ON CHECK OUT please put these back in the same lockbox using the same code you were provided with prior to check. As proof of return of keys, please send us a photo of the keys back in the box on check out. Please DO NOT leave keys inside the building or cleaners/ incoming guests may not be able to get in. For security, any lost/non returned keys will mean replacement of the entire lock, which will be taken from your deposit with airbnb asked to take the remainder of costs from your credit card. (Cost to replace the lock to the front door is very expensive circa £350.00 gbp). If you are worried about losing keys, leave your keys in your lockbox each time you leave the building. 11. Please note that this is not a tenancy agreement but a license to stay for the check in and check out date specified on the online platform you reserved through. 10. The front gate to your apartment must be closed at all times and no rubbish is to be left in the front patio area to your apartment at any time.
